The Last Paycheck Kit is a digital product: a web page containing a demand-letter generator, a claim walkthrough, and worksheets, which you may save, print, and keep. One purchase licenses one person to use the kit for their own wage matter, forever. You may print copies for your own claim file; you may not resell, republish, or distribute the kit itself.
Payment is processed by Stripe. On completed payment you are sent directly to the kit page. Keep that page's address and a saved copy; your purchase is a page in your hands, not an account with us, and there is no login to recover.
The kit provides general information and document tooling. It is not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Wage law varies by state and by facts we cannot see; for large amounts, contested separations, or expired claim windows, consult an employment attorney licensed in your state.
The checker and the letter generator run entirely on your device; we do not receive the information you enter into them. See the Privacy page for the little we do handle.
The kit is offered as-is as an information tool. CLEARDEAL LLC is not liable for agency or court outcomes, for amounts any employer does or does not pay, or for deadlines in individual cases, which depend on facts and on agency practice. If any part of these terms is unenforceable in your state, the rest stands.
